Small Group Coaching
Are you looking to make a low-carb lifestyle change but finding it challenging? Have you tried a low-carb diet and lost motivation? Join our 12-week small group program!
This group consists of 8-10 dedicated individuals who come together to set goals, share successes, discuss challenges, and support one another in a community atmosphere. Each session begins with a coach-led topic and includes opportunities for members to share their experiences. By the end of this program, you will have developed new habits for a healthier lifestyle.
Meetings are scheduled for Tuesday evenings from 7:00 to 8:30 PM Central Time via video conferencing, starting onĀ February 4th.
