Thank you for being interested in my Small Group Coaching sessions. Unfortunately, the current session is full. However, I will be opening another session soon.

This group consists of 8-10 dedicated individuals who come together to set goals, share successes, discuss challenges, and support one another in a community atmosphere. Each session begins with a coach-led topic and includes opportunities for members to share their experiences. By the end of this program, you will have developed new habits for a healthier lifestyle.
