Why 3 months?
Research suggests that it takes nearly 3 months for a new habit to become a lifestyle change. I want you to succeed. If I only offered one-month coaching plans, you would have an "out" just when things get difficult. With 90 days of coaching, your commitment strengthens, and you'll achieve better results. For both 1:1 and Small Group coaching, consistency is key.
